We invite you and your family to come and enjoy the
beautiful stress relieving view we have of Bull Shoals Lake. Our
comfortable housekeeping cottages are conveniently arranged along the
lakefront so you have a wonderful scene to wake up to everyday. All of our
cottages are completely furnished with microwave, remote color TV, DVD
player, drip coffee maker, toaster, stoneware dishes, nonstick cookware,
utensils, flatware, kitchen towels and fluffy oversized bath towels and fresh
bed linens. Each cottage has a Weber type charcoal grill and picnic table,
screened-in porch, sun deck or open sitting porch.

Scrapbook Bull Shoals Lake has some of the finest
waters for all "Water Sport Enthusiasts". Bull Shoals Lake's
clear water abounds with Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Kentucky
Spotted Bass, Crappie, Walleye, White and Stripped Bass, Rainbow Trout, Lake
Trout, Bluegill and Catfish. You'll have 50,000 acres +/- to investigate
if you wish although it's not necessary to travel far from our docks for
great fishing, water skiing or scuba diving. We are "Water Sport
Enthusiasts" ourselves and we will be glad to pass on all the
information we can to make your stay with us as pleasant and productive as
possible. Come and find "your own private cove" where THE
FISHING IS GREAT, THE WATER SKIING IS SUPER, THE SCUBA IS
EXHILARATING and THE RELAXATION JUST CAN'T BE BEAT!! With each cottage we provide - FREE - one
single sized stall space on our covered lighted boat dock for your
boat OR bring your small outboard motor and use of one of our
aluminum V-Hull fishing boats which is equipped with two swivel mounted
bass seats, cushions and life vests. If you prefer we have late model motors,
bass boats and pontoon boats for rent. All these conveniences are located
only a short walk away. No hassles having to pull your boat every night. You can walk to our docks!! Edgewater Resort has "ALL THE EXTRAS"
to make your stay a pleasant one. A Country Store with current fishing
reports, fishing licenses, lake maps, live bait, tackle, ice, soda, milk,
bread and other vacation essentials. Concrete launching ramp with
large easy access launching area. Covered lighted boat docks with
electricity at every stall space. Large stall spaces available even
for the larger bass boats, day cruisers or pontoons. An inviting swimming
pool with a large deck, plenty of chaise lounges and adjoining covered
patio with large smoker/grill and picnic tables - great for group gatherings.
Playground with swings, slides and sandbox. Recreation room
with pool table, ping pong table and plenty of books and toys. Edgewater Resort is located in the Promise
Land area of Bull Shoals Lake. We're secluded but not isolated and
