Please note that all pets MUST be kept on a leash at all times. Pet owner assumes FULL RESPONSIBILITY for any and all damages to property and injury to other guests, their pets, resort property, and to the pet itself. Pets must be walked in non-use areas. Pets MUST be kenneled (caged) if left unattended in cottages. Please advise if bringing pets. A pet data sheet will be provided to you with your confirmation sheet with full details. Pets are allowed in Units #11 & #12 or #13 & #14 only if guest rents whole duplex. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Cribs and highchairs with accompanying linens are available at no additional charge. NOTE: Microwave ovens, Remote Control Color TV's,DVD Player, Charcoal Grill, Picnic Table, Bath & Kitchen Towels, Bed Linens, Dishes, Flatware, Cookware, Drip Coffee Makers with Filters, Hand & Dish Soap, Toilet Tissue, etc. are provided at no extra charge. Towels are exchanged on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Please bring Your Own Beach Towels for use at the Pool or Lake.

ARKANSAS LAW requires ALL CHILDREN 12 and UNDER to wear a life jacket at all times when on the water. We do not provide child size life vests. Providing a child life vest is your responsibility!
Country Store with Fishing Licenses, Lake Maps, Current Fishing Reports, Gas, Oil, Live Bait, Tackle, Ice, Milk, Eggs, Bread, Soda, Charcoal, & Misc. Grocery Items. Fishing guides are available, inquire at office. Freezer space for fish is available at no charge.
YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE TIME YOU RESERVE. We require a deposit for each unit based on the cost of a two day stay during that time period. Upon arrival a refundable $200.00 CASH Security/Cleaning Deposit is required for all Bass Boat or Pontoon Boat Rentals and a $100/Pet Refundable Security/Cleaning Deposit. BALANCE DUE UPON ARRIVAL to be paid with travelers checks, money order or cash. Personal checks for balance must be received 14 days before arrival date. Visa and MasterCard accepted with a 4 % handling fee. During the summer please make every effort to start your vacation on a Saturday. Five day minimum stay in season. Shorter stays only upon availability. Deposits will be refunded (subject to a $25.00 Administration Fee) or credited to a later reservation ONLY AFTER we re-rent the unit. In addition to a phone call, cancellations MUST be received in writing. All reservations will be acknowledged by return mail. PLEASE RESERVE EARLY TO ASSURE YOUR VACATION FUN !!
